<h2>實生魚片 位置及停車方式</h2>
<p>實(実在る)生魚片落腳的位置我超喜歡，在路樹的後方就像小樹屋一樣，連著大樹枝葉點亮著一顆顆燈泡，紅磚瓦的懷舊建築在今天寂靜的夜色中染上溫暖氛圍。</p>

<p>鄰近<strong>經國路大菜市場</strong>、<strong>凱悅KTV</strong>這一頭，在大馬路邊有多個付費停車場，若是不小心過了頭，直接往裡開也有TIMES停車位可以停，來這區吃飯對開車族很友善，與朋友約著很方便不會為了找車位或停車距離傷腦筋。</p>

<h2>實生魚片 環境介紹</h2>
<p>餐廳進門有個休息的玄關，這個空間大小可說當作包廂都可以，主理人擺上木椅，讓來訪的朋友可以稍做整理休息；而這個空間設計的也很巧妙，不會打擾到餐廳的用餐，裡外都各有些許隱私。</p>

<p>用餐空間有吧檯、開放式包廂和包廂，在吧檯台用餐可以看著電視享受個人或兩人的用餐時光；多人聚餐就建議可以到開放是包廂，稍微的區隔讓彼此的熱情獲得協調。</p>

<p>實生魚片餐廳其實<strong>不是只有無菜單</strong>，想吃主理人拿手菜還是隨時都可以來，黑板上也都有些今日、近期限定料理；但<strong>想吃無菜單就一定要先預訂</strong>，<strong>特殊食材要預先準備</strong>，<strong>六人以上即可預約，個人單價從$800起到無上限相當豪氣</strong>，而我們<strong>今天吃的是$1500/人的無菜單料理</strong>。</p>

<div class="mark">現在的無菜單有兩種，而我比較喜歡實生魚片所提供的方式，以『<strong>新鮮、正季、帶點驚喜</strong>』，入口的餐點用溫度來堆疊精心準備的食材；可不是打著無菜單料理卻接連N訪餐點都一樣喔。</div>

<p>今天我們是約下班之後，先上的鰻魚油飯正好滿足飢腸轆轆的我們，有點東西墊墊肚子待會才能吃更多好料；第一次覺得拍鰻魚這麼難拍 XD ，因為光是夾著不是軟綿滑落就是斷掉，肉質入口綿密超級軟嫩，稍微用點舌頭的力量就化開，難怪就連自身的重量都難以承受；油飯看著粒粒分明口感其實比較綿密但不會糊；鰻魚油亮之下醬燒味不多是必較清爽，與油飯口感搭配合拍。</p>

<p>如果你去年也和我一樣有<a href="https://3yboy.tw/realsashimi/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">訂一盒</a>，對這一艘小船就不會陌生啦！現在還能吃到黑鮪魚?而且顏色和印象中怎麼不同?因為這是特別準備給我們的日本黑鮪魚上腹，經過有約10日的熟成，鮪魚的油脂香氣飽滿，不用經過咀嚼和溫度潤化，色澤就像日和一樣的粉嫩，美味直接品嘗；另旁搭配的是青甘肚與鮭魚肚，青甘吃的有較口感且有魚肉纖維，鮭魚肚油脂纖細分布均勻更多滑嫩；搭配的生食級的北海道干貝佐烏魚子醬是這麼大一顆，兩人分享都很滿足；最後這尾是牡丹蝦，同樣先紅但是口感比天使多些紮實，是國人喜歡的軟嫩還有脆口口感。</p>

<p>吃甘蔗雞最先感受的是他的香氣，淺淺的煙燻味不會過重而膩；甘蔗雞一定要帶皮吃才油潤，雞肉咬下多汁就像壓得出的水嫩，沾上特調的客家桔子醬才對味。</p>

<p>新鮮的食材用簡單的料理就能襯出其美味，明蝦相當的大隻，和一般的來比根本一隻抵兩隻，蝦肉很Q很有彈性，一口咬爽度十足。</p>

<p>端上來平凡無奇就是白白胖胖的刈包，一開口有沒有料一看就知道，紅白相間取自於帝王蟹腳肉，六個人就平分剛剛那隻帝王蟹份量；但比帝王蟹更奢華的還有，就是這一段段赤海膽，日本進口的一個木盒，就平均在我們一手一包中，裡頭還有高級的魚子醬。</p>

<p>在吃之前夾上一點酸菜再淋上一匙鮭魚卵，飽滿的蟹肉加上味道濃郁明顯鮮味回口的海膽滋味，這絕對是我今年吃到最Chill的刈包了。</p>

<p>湯品準備的是砂鍋魚頭，用的魚頭就不一定，使用當天生魚片餘下的魚頭為主，可能是紅甘也可能是鮭魚頭；魚頭炸得酥香，鍋底有著芋頭、番茄、貢丸、高麗菜，香菇還分有生、濕兩種調味，湯頭的味道香甜，一點酸是來自番茄的酸香。這鍋湯就是要讓他煮久一點，可以喝到芋頭融化湯頭的另一番滋味。</p>

<p>石狗公是深海魚種，是懂吃魚的老饕喜愛的桌上佳餚；鋪上大量的薑絲、蒜苗絲直接清蒸，肉質厚實相當Q，特別石狗公中放進豆腐一起蒸煮，豆腐吃得出融入魚肉的鮮香。</p>

<p>還以為是甜點其實還不是，但其實也已經接近尾聲，這道以中、西合璧而成的料理，在法國麵包上疊上蝦子、干貝，佐以明太子沙拉，其中的玉米、洋蔥讓入口的口感鮮脆、香甜，再一口一口吃掉蝦子和干貝，熟食結合甜點創意吃起來一點都不違和。</p>
