<p>樂槑(ㄇㄟˊ)鐵板燒位於竹北的博愛街上，店的旁邊就是一座小公園，找到公園就可以找到他，辨識度相當高。博愛街是老街區的轉型，民生必需品、早餐、咖啡飲料店等等一應俱全，在這條街上若CP值不高可無法生存，而樂槑鐵板燒以高貴不貴的平價鐵板料理與可愛、時尚氛圍吸引著眾人目光。</p>

<p>推開大門，竹北樂槑鐵板燒牆面以線條與幾何圖形勾勒出多彩的新穎潮流氛圍。找到位子坐下來其實我都已經忘卻我是來吃鐵板燒的 XD 前方是單純的用餐區，這邊的餐點會在後頭的煎台上處理好端上來，好處是像我這樣的親子客群來時不用擔心小朋友會不小心摸到鐵板受傷，可以安心好好吃個飯。後方則是兩座煎台，想看師傅專業的料理就可以坐在這邊~</p>

<p>除了煎台的座位外，用餐區以4~5人桌為主，還有一張可以坐下10人的大桌。桌椅可謂簡單呼應牆面，極簡線條搭配可愛的配色。中午時分陽光灑入也別有一番情調。</p>

<p>有套餐有點單，套餐最低從299到799的雙人套餐，也有單點菜餚。套餐均附上:飛魚卵蒸蛋/主廚經典湯品/法蘭情香蒜厚片吐司/炒田園時蔬/米飯/紅茶/甜點。就連兒童共餐也有自己的一份附餐喔~</p>

<p>老闆彭師傅的對於料理之專研可不遜星級。菜單後面這金氏紀錄鐵板燒項目保持人可不是寫。在Sars時期到大陸開創57度湘鐵板燒事業達到高峰，近年退休落腳竹北。</p>

<p>每天的湯品不同，今天的是番茄蔬菜湯。用高麗菜、紅蘿蔔和大量蕃茄新鮮熬煮，滿滿的蔬菜鮮甜中和番茄酸氣，酸甜滋味開胃又解膩。</p>

<p>雞腿香煎至表皮金黃，一口咬下雞肉滲出微微肉汁鮮嫩不油，脆皮包覆口感香酥。古早味的酸菜和菜脯作為配菜，還附上一碟泰式沾醬，再加上原有的椒鹽可是風味多元。</p>

<p>主餐從雞腿排、松阪豬肉和沙朗牛排三選二，我點了松阪豬和沙朗牛~額外還有白蝦(4尾)、鮮魚(2片)、澎湖中卷(1份)作為副食，再加上飛魚卵蒸蛋、主廚經典湯品、法蘭情香蒜厚片吐司、炒田園時蔬、米飯、紅茶和甜點是標準的前菜和附餐。</p>

<h2>前菜 : 飛魚卵蒸蛋、主廚經典湯品、法蘭情香蒜厚片吐司</h2>
<p>蒸蛋一向是小草、小花的專利，不過我還是有偷嘗一下，蒸蛋屬水嫩口感，上頭點綴著橘紅色有著啵啵的魚卵。法蘭情香蒜厚片吐司光是單吃就超滿足，香蒜味道小朋友也能接受，是細細的酥脆感~。湯品同樣是番茄蔬菜湯。</p>

<h2>副食 : 澎湖中卷、白蝦、鮮魚 / 炒時蔬</h2>
<p>雖然是坐在用餐區，但吃鐵板燒還是想跟師傅聊天，這也是鐵板燒和一般料理的不同。可以直接面對面與師傅溝通，也才知道我們吃的食材優劣。<br />
中卷是每周由澎湖運來，口感嫩嫩、脆脆的，保證新鮮在地。底部有淺淺的一層泰式醬，喜歡酸甜的味道多點可以沾一些，味道不會太過，小朋友口味也都很適合。</p>

<p>兩隻白蝦和鮮魚片組成一盤，蝦子新鮮魚肉吃起來也紮實有口感~蝦殼是撥到蝦尾，不是留下最後一節，蝦頭剝掉去尾吃掉不壓不擠。一旁還有小黃瓜和滷的杏鮑菇作為搭配，Q嫩中有日式風味的甜味。真是魔鬼藏在細節~</p>

<p>好吃的松阪光是乾煎的香氣就對味!保留厚度的逆紋切也保有特殊的脆度和Q度，把肉煎得恰恰微焦，加上蔥花、洋蔥撒上些許的調味，肉夾著洋蔥有肉的脆度，也有洋蔥的鮮脆，是一種單純就是美味。</p>

<h2>沙朗牛排</h2>
<p>送上的熟度約莫七分，鐵板的好處就是都會稍微封一下肉面放在潔白的盤子上也是乾乾淨淨。中間的肉質嫩，多汁且有彈性，在這樣的熟度下也帶有口感，肉面中的油花與獨特的筋感，配著迷人牛肉香氣，沾點鹽或是配上香蒜滋味就很不錯。額外一提附上的不是乾的蒜片而是略帶濕潤的蒜頭段喔~</p>

<p>有奶酪和酥皮芝麻香蕉兩種可以選擇，奶酪是百香果口味，淋上的是真的百香果喔~特別的是這個酥皮芝麻香蕉，香蕉包餛飩皮上煎台，抹上蜂蜜再灑上香酥芝麻，外酥內軟吃起來滑滑嫩嫩相當別緻呢~</p>
