										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>南部有名的「<strong>皇茗薑母鴨</strong>」來新竹囉，不用跑南部也可以喝得得別具滋味的「九尾雞」，綜合中藥的味道喝起來甜甜的超級順口，即便加了老薑的薑母鴨喝著也不會辛辣，是溫醇且清爽，任何季節都不會燥熱可以品嘗；原湯本身不含米酒，不用擔心小孩、長輩體質都可以喝，和習慣的北部湯頭真的很不一樣！還有老饕最愛的滷鴨頭，上下一組共有8隻$400元很划算，喜歡啃爪肉的還有滷鴨腳喔~</p>

<p>附近的停車位只有路邊停車，跟大家說個好地方，在前方十字路口的牛埔路92巷有個彩繪村停車場，過個馬路不到五分鐘的路程也很方便。</p>

<h2>皇茗薑母鴨新竹店 環境介紹</h2>
<p>櫃檯的後面就是廚房，所有熬煮湯頭、備料都在這一區，才剛開始營業沒多久就有不少喜愛甜美湯頭的老顧客外帶回家；一旁寫著的花枝漿、蝦仁漿、滷鴨腳是最新熱門菜色。</p>

<p>雖然是剛插旗不久，乾淨的環境也是付出相當努力地維持，餐桌几淨沒有油光，雖然不是華麗的裝潢但是乾乾淨淨看著就舒服。餐桌椅以方桌和圓桌搭配，平均都可以坐到6~8人，而且桌次之間的走道暢通，一點都不擁擠的感覺。</p>

<h2>皇茗薑母鴨新竹店 菜單</h2>
<p>很有趣喔，雖然名字中有枸尾雞，但其實菜單中是相近音的九尾雞，用的是以狗尾草(九尾草)來熬煮湯頭，是南部相當常見的補湯，與薑母鴨齊名是非常推薦的必點湯頭；喜歡啃滷鴨頭、鴨腳這裡也有，還是上下顎、一對對的一起賣。</p>

<p>來自南部的薑母鴨湯頭還真是不一樣，第一口就是截然不同的香氣，味道是清爽香甜，也就是因為這甜味的關係，讓湯喝得出薑溫暖濃郁，但是尾韻的甜味卻不會有老薑該有的辛辣感，味道非常很順可以不用停歇一口接一口。</p>

<p>鴨肉用的是溫體的紅面番鴨，每天大火翻炒、去除油脂，每一鍋都有包含有翅、腿、脖子、胸肉等綜合搭配有十多塊鴨肉，吃著嫩但也有鴨肉特有的紮實感。</p>

<p>這九尾雞湯好特別，同桌友人異口同聲的說出來；與黃芪片、紅棗、枸杞等中藥材熬煮有著濃郁的中藥湯頭，但是卻是很平衡的滋味，每一口的尾韻清甜可說是皇茗薑母鴨的特色口感。不是這麼濃烈，而是溫暖緩緩地從下而昇。</p>

<p>在加點的時候看到隔壁桌送上的滷鴨頭，然後就情不自禁的點了滷鴨腳回來啃，吃起來很涮嘴，啃著腳掌邊的皮肉很Q很軟嫩，口味鹹香有味，可以幫自己好好的補一下滿滿膠質 XD</p>

<p>重點來了~栗子！栗子當作鍋料我也是第一次這樣吃，是老闆強力推薦！久煮之後會變得軟綿，吃著有栗子原有的甜味之外還有湯中的甘甜，很有層次感難怪被說是隱藏料理。</p>

<p>花枝漿和蝦仁漿俗稱帝王筒，也是南部的口味，底用的是旗魚魚漿所以特別Q彈，再塞下成塊成塊的蝦仁段和花枝，濃郁的海鮮香氣讓人食指大動，花枝和蝦仁都是非常新鮮、口感鮮美，一口咬下會噴出湯汁呢~</p>

<p>鍋料的搭配我們選的不少，高麗菜和娃娃菜都很乾淨漂亮~萵苣在湯頭中煮一下就可以吃；菇類搭配有金針菇、香菇、杏鮑菇、玉米筍和黑木耳，玉米是近期新上架，喜歡的可以點來下鍋，滿清甜的。</p>
