										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>立冬補冬補嘴空，新竹人準備開吃了嗎?11月8日『<strong>老店薑母雞總店</strong>』&amp;『<a href="https://3yboy.tw/oldchickens/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">老店薑母雞八德店</a>』限時推出優惠活動！雞主鍋$450 鴨主鍋$350，只有在當天 11:00 ~ 14:00這段時間才有喔！『老店薑母雞』是專屬新竹人的節氣！天氣微涼第一個想到的就是老店了，有薑母雞、狀元雞、首烏雞、淮蔘雞和薑母鴨五種口味，招牌老薑熬煮的薑母雞湯頭一口辛香微甜，今天還多點了一鍋首烏雞是中藥清香微微回甘，烏骨雞肉軟嫩份量又多，想到口水又流下來啦~在風大的新竹這樣補一鍋走在寒風裡可是暖呼呼的不怕冷喔~</p>

<h2>老店薑母雞 總店-位置</h2>
<p>其實我自己這周早就來吃了，在家有時候想不到吃什麼，外帶回家吃就是我的首選！老店薑母雞招牌上烏黑亮麗的黑雞，是因為老店所用可是手剁手炒的烏骨雞喔~</p>
<h2>老店薑母雞 總店-用餐環境</h2>
<p>想吃薑母雞除了內用還可以外帶回家，京媽不想開伙的時候我就會買一鍋回家吃，內用的座位有室內和戶外雅座，還貼心的用風簾遮著不怕颳風下雨，坐戶外看著街上行人街車還別有一番悠哉感~室內有靠近櫃檯這邊和隔壁一間專門的用餐區~</p>

<p>店內的飲料就比較簡單，晚餐、消夜想要小酌一下也是可以的~</p>

<p>其實老店第一代經營的是『老店鴨肉麵』，因為現在的老闆娘坐月子的時候不敢吃鴨肉，婆婆疼惜的心想到用雞肉來取代鴨肉給媳婦補身，在老闆娘接班之後就輾轉變成我們現在吃的老店薑母雞~<br />
老闆娘感恩婆婆的疼惜成為地方佳話，更有著優孝薑母雞的美名。也因為這暖心的婆媳互動，成了新竹媳婦、女兒買回家或回娘家孝親的美食~</p>

<h2>老店薑母雞總店 -吃什麼</h2>
<p>招牌的薑母雞這是一定要點，然後加上凍豆腐、豆皮、鴨肉丸和下水這些會先放進鍋內一起煮好上桌。手滑太多放不下或是不適合久煮的就是小盤小盤端上來 XD<br />
滿滿一鍋端上桌建議可以再煮一下，讓熟悉的薑母高湯香氣慢慢散出來~湯頭入口是溫和潤口不刺激，緩緩散發薑母滋味不過嗆過辣~湯頭麻油入味真是暖上心頭。</p>

<h3>老店烏骨雞</h3>
<p>這一鍋的烏骨雞可是有2-3人的份量，而且每隻雞都是有產銷履歷，可謂是走在時代尖端的傳承美味也吃得安心~<br />
烏骨雞肉就是不一樣，一咬就撕開，每一口都是軟軟嫩嫩的，美味的原因來自於這烏骨雞雞肉可是老闆娘每天早上手工麻油現炒爆香，因為新鮮所以久煮也不會覺得乾柴。</p>

<p>雖然吃原味就很不錯，但嚐過豆腐乳的經典滋味更是難以忘懷。敢吃辣的更是可以加點店家自己做的辣醬~對了對了~因為太多人敲碗了，老店豆腐乳現在也開賣了喔~</p>

<p>看著辣椒都誘人，不過這罐沒有賣~如果是外帶回家有小袋可以拿~</p>

<p>老薑真的被熬的很軟爛,跟著湯喝都可以。老薑選用南投埔里、西螺以及新竹自家的內灣，麻油爆香再加入中藥滷包爆炒入味，就算吃下去都可以，不敢吃的我建議含一下咀嚼一下吸收精華阿~</p>

<p>鴨腸這根本老店必點!!鴨腸手洗的很乾淨。放進勺子裡川燙一下變成白色就可以~這樣的口感脆一點，我比較喜歡~想吃軟一點的也別放太久囉~</p>

<p>燕餃、鴨肉丸有Q就不錯，凍豆腐、豆皮吸滿湯汁更好吃~下水Q脆鮮美根本超划算~這些都是會先放進鍋一起上桌的~</p>

<p>雞佛賣的是烏骨雞的，所以是黑色大大小小一盤，這個就不要燙太久，讓他有點爆的感覺綿細口感剛剛好~</p>

<p>吃鍋也別忘了要加點蔬菜，大陸妹、金針菇、杏鮑菇、玉米筍和玉米，吃的豐盛也不會太傷荷包~</p>

<p>這個鮮度的玉米鮮甜又脆~大陸妹也是翠綠的很漂亮~這是鴨血糕~在吃的時候要小心，吸附著湯汁會燙口喔~~~</p>

<p>花枝漿的帝王筒，吃得到真材實料花枝粒而且魚漿味道香濃不粉且Q彈。挖的時候記得沾點熱湯，這樣就不會沾湯匙囉~</p>

<p>簡單的加個鴨肉丸等火鍋餃類，連同烏骨雞都燉煮的相當入色入味。雞肉中多了些許微微的首烏香氣~湯中加入枸杞和紅棗喝著更是香甜。人家說補冬補冬，就是要帶點中藥味才感覺有捕到啦~</p>

<p>今年跑薑母雞在老店薑母雞總店開賣，八德旗艦店預計在2023年再開，立冬品嘗美味與家人一同滋補一下，不想排隊也可以直接外帶打包帶回家速度更是快。暖暖的天好好的幫家人補補身，品嘗一下屬於新竹人的立冬美食，增加一點重量這樣騎車才不會被風吹走喔~ XD<br />
順帶一提，現在也有賣老店薑母雞的冷凍包裝，手工製作每包約1500克再附高湯一份，有薑母雞和狀元雞兩種口味，放兩包在家裡想吃的時候家點火鍋料要吃隨時有喔~~</p>
