<p>千八料亭八海宴前身就是春池SEG玻璃風情館，位於南寮漁港的舊港區，可從民眾活動中心的路口前行到底就可以到達；來到南寮最不用擔心的停車位，沿路到處都有停車指標，或是直接開到餐廳門前的空地也都有位子喔！</p>

<p>餐廳內的空間只能用氣派豪華來形容，一樓的入口有養殖缸，來漁港就是要吃新鮮，瀨尿蝦、海戰車、大鳳螺、石斑和紅咚咚大尾水姑娘、錢鰻全都活跳跳，各樣都有清楚標價不怕被灌水~</p>

<p>主打家族聚會和團體用餐，但是不要看餐廳都是圓桌就不敢進來，情侶約會、三五好友相約用餐坐得寬敞也更舒適。</p>

<p>有電梯是對於家族聚餐的一個重點，對於長輩、孕婦或是行動不便族群相當友善。</p>

<p>來到二樓的空間也很寬敞，左邊兩大桌的空間適合20人左右的大家庭；今天與好友聚餐約的是右側的面海景觀包廂，十人大桌搭配的是沙發座椅很舒適，即便擺放了嬰兒推車、包包等也都不覺得擁擠，空間規劃的很寬裕。</p>

<p>六月左右黑鮪魚正季節，品嘗「海中和牛」當然也是這趟的重點啦！今天我們點的是10人約$10000左右的合菜，點餐可以指定要吃的菜色再讓店家搭配，以時令當季的海鮮為主，依照季節產季不同比方海鮮火鍋可能就是龍蝦、花蟹、海戰車等不同搭配。</p>

<p>一上桌當然就是先來個開胃沙拉，用的是時下流行的文青九宮格~下層的生菜沙拉微酸的滋味清新爽口，還有小朋友喜歡的黑豆，上頭鋪著是這麼豐厚的一塊龍蝦肉，可不是來打醬油的龍蝦肉片喔~</p>

<p>這一座上桌正在聊天的大夥都安靜了，被我戲稱為生魚片界的觀自在，匯集姿色、造型的妖嬈美麗，這才對得起姿造注重視覺美與味蕾的料理搭配。<br />
這次一共品嘗了東港黑鮪魚、鮭魚和白旗魚刺身，海中和牛的黑鮪魚多些油脂的透色，細緻的肉品看似綿密實而柔軟得入口即化~</p>

<p>生魚片之王的鮭魚當然必須有，大片且厚切絲毫不手軟，部位還包含了多油花更豐沛柔軟的肚肉；更為白皙的是白旗魚刺身，些微不同的肉色讓我們有點討論度，筋膜的口感比預期更少，肉質也更好，和紫蘇葉搭配入口剛剛好~</p>

<p>南寮摩天輪等不到，千八料亭八海宴先來一座 XD<br />
以壽司醋飯拌入經典黑松露，微微的松露香氣襯托出高級口感，蒲燒鰻選用雲林的白鰻，口感上油脂度不會過肥，微甜的醬汁更能彰顯軟嫩的鰻魚肉質，頂部在鋪上滿滿的蝦卵，添了鮮度也多了啵啵的口感。</p>

<p>這是今天這桌的第二尾龍蝦了 XD 龍蝦處理好與蒜油一同清蒸，鮮美的龍蝦肉以蒜香點綴，一人取用一塊剛剛好，就連蝦腳都可以撥出肉來喔~底層店上粉絲豆腐煲，吸了滿滿的龍蝦鮮海味十足。</p>

<p>千八料亭原身日料起家，小菜就可以搭配日式的唐揚雞和嫩烤松坂，雞肉嫩且雞汁誘人，松坂本身的肉質就很不錯，香烤直接吃口感也很好；炸烤物會附上冰梅醬，沾著吃會增添一點清爽的風味。</p>

<p>連同甜點總共十道菜，桌菜來說可是十全十美，千八主廚手作的奶酪甜點，奶酪口感超滑嫩，上頭的覆盆梅醬帶點酸甜滋味，剛從冰箱取出吃著清涼爽口，兩著搭配可真是相當不錯~</p>
